These terms apply when you use fastaso.com (the "Service"), run by FastASO ("we"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree on its behalf.
What the Service does
FastASO helps you write, translate and manage App Store listings and screenshots, and sync them to App Store Connect. Some features use AI. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You need to be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms.
- Teammates you share an app with can see and edit that app's data.
Your App Store Connect access
You connect the Service to App Store Connect with your own API key, which is saved in your browser and only held by our server while a sync you started runs. Changes are only sent to Apple when you start a sync. You are responsible for what you publish, and for following Apple's rules and the App Store Review Guidelines. We are not affiliated with Apple.
Your content
You own the listings, screenshots and other content you add or generate. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you. Make sure you have the rights to what you upload, and don't use the Service for anything illegal, misleading or infringing.
AI-generated content
AI output can be wrong, too long or not a good fit. Review everything before you publish it. We don't promise any ranking, download or revenue result.
Tokens and payment
- AI features cost tokens. The app shows the estimated cost before you spend any.
- Using FastASO is free. You only pay for tokens, which are spent on AI features.
- Tokens are bought as one-off purchases. They don't expire.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Except where the law says otherwise, payments are not refundable.
- We may change prices. A price change never affects tokens you already bought.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the Service, access other people's data, or resell it without our permission. We may suspend accounts that do.
Ending your account
You can stop using the Service anytime and ask us to delete your account at hello@fastaso.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and correct, but we can't promise it will always be. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, rejected submissions or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and let you know first. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
